Registered office Services

Each Cayman company is required by law to have a registered office for the carrying on of its business. This does not have to be the same place as where the business conducts its day to day business, but it is the official address of the company through which the Registrar, government authorities or other parties will formally communicate. This will include official notices, letters and reminders.

Each company is also subject to a number of statutory obligations, including a requirement to maintain a number of important documents at its registered office, including statutory registers of directors, officers, members and mortgages and charges. Any changes to these must be notified to the Registrar within the specified timeframes. The Registrar must also be notified of any special resolutions passed by the company.
